Andrin Dünner - Managing Director and Head of Marketing 📈
A bright young man who wants to make a difference, that's Andrin. After completing his commercial training, Andrin was drawn to sales in the field for a good 6 years. There he discovered his passion for digital marketing and caught fire! This knowledge is partly the basis of today's success. "Old values with the tools of today", these two worlds can be perfectly combined!
Andrin and Milena have known each other since school days and have maintained a very close friendship ever since, never losing sight of each other. While Andrin is visioning and wants to start new crazy and beautiful things, Milena brings him back down to earth at the right time. Exactly this thinking in 2 different directions is what makes them an incredibly strong team! Andrin is not only in business, but also in private, an incredibly outgoing person and loves to be around people. Hiking trips and weekend trips in beautiful natural areas (preferably with his guitar) provide the perfect counterpool for this!
Milena Maier - Managing Director & Head of Finance 💰
As seen in the picture: A young and genuinely upbeat personality! As a trained fiduciary with a professional certificate, our managing director is irreplaceable. She knows her way around numbers and nothing escapes her!
What immediately strikes us about her is her passion for nature and an eye for the beautiful things in life. Accordingly, hiking in beautiful mountain areas is a leisure activity that she has discovered for herself and that offers her the necessary balance to the numbers jungle. In addition to various sports courses that she regularly takes, she loves to spend time in social gatherings. All of this makes Milena the loving person she is and whom we all appreciate from the bottom of our hearts!
Claudio Maier - Head of Technology & Informatics 🧍♂️
The youngest of the bunch, our esteemed Claudio!
He joined our team as a reinforcement at the end of 2019 and has done quite a bit since then! As a trained computer scientist, he brings the understanding of the technical side and contributes significantly to our success! Without him, the company would not be today where it is, think the two directors.
But the technology is defiantly a small part of what Claudio brings to the company. With his calm nature, he keeps a cool head even when things get really tedious! He solves tricky problems with enormous patience and always brings us technically to the next level.
In addition to his musical vein which he lives out with his piano and guitar, he is a real sportsman. Whether playing volleyball, swimming or riding his new racing bike, he gets his physical balance. Fitness center is nothing for him, because he spends his sports sessions prefer in nature!
Larissa Graf - Administration clerk 💁
We welcome Larissa from ❤️ to the CBD MED Family! Since the beginning of March 2021, she supports us in various tasks in all areas and thus keeps our backs free. As a trained nurse, she brings the social vein and fits perfectly into our team 👌
But not only her previous knowledge in the health industry, but also her personality enrich the team enormously! With her pleasant and humorous nature, she contributes significantly to a good mood!
Furthermore, Larissa is characterized by her reliability. She looks ahead, recognizes problems early and discusses them with the right people ✅
In her free time, she loves to cook and be inspired for new things. Exactly this openness to new things, makes her so incredibly valuable. She likes to work out in targeted workouts. But it's not just sports that she loves, but the balanced and happy life itself 😊
We look forward to many years together with Larissa and appreciate her not only as an employee, but especially as the person she is! 🙏
